Annual General Assembly

The SETAC Europe Annual General Assembly (AGA) is the yearly meeting for the voting members of the Society. Information on voting and non-voting members can be found here.

At this meeting the annual report and financial results of 2008 will be presented and new council members will be elected. You will have the opportunity to give your opinion on how the society is governed.

All SETAC Europe members registered as voting member and present in Göteborg, are expected at this meeting. If for one reason or another you can not attend the meeting please assign a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms will be available at the registration desk.
